The third training within the TEDI project has been completed, gathering together participants from Rzeszów University of Technology (Poland), Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), and University of Oviedo (Spain).
The programme combined an initial phase on-line with an onsite week in Kaunas, where participants worked in international teams on complex product coceptualisation. The training focused on design thinking, simulation, digitalization, and collaborative engineering and involved hands-on workshops and a company visit.
The training provided not only technical knowledge, but also valuable experience in teamwork, intercultural communication, and collaboration of students and teachers.
