The preparation phase of TEDI Project PT3 is progressing intensively, with the team developing both online learning content and the on-site programme in Kaunas.
A key focus is placed on interdisciplinary engineering exercises, where participants will apply digital tools and design thinking to solve real-world problems. At the same time, a dedicated cultural programme is being designed to support collaboration, cross-cultural communication, and team integration.
The PT3 activities aim to strengthen both technical competencies and essential soft skills, including teamwork, creativity, and adaptability.
